STORE POLICIES

Market Policy

  • Available market inventory is always "first come, first serve". Please place an online order if you wish to reserve specific items for pickup. To place an online pickup order, simply check out as normal and select "Dallas Farmers Market" when prompted for shipping. Payment will be collected at the time of pickup and a shipping fee will NOT be assessed. Orders must be submitted by Thursday for Saturday pickups. All Dallas Farmers Market orders must be picked up by Saturday at 4PM unless otherwise discussed. ​

  • Sale items, discount codes, or other website promotions can not be combined with market pickups. Please note that the "offline payment" option serves as a reservation only. Please disregard the online order total as payment will be collected at the time of pick up at the standard price. Please checkout as normal with shipping for any promotional prices.  

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Exchanges and refunds will be honored if the undamaged product is returned within 7 business days of the USPS delivery date.

  • As items are made to order, exchanges or order cancellations will not be allowed once the order is placed. All orders are considered final. Exchanges will be granted for undamaged items after delivery only. This excludes sale or clearance items. 

Shipping Policy

  • BYOC typically ships via USPS. If there is a delay with shipment, please reach out to us within 14 days. BYOC will need to contact USPS on the next available business day to verify tracking information. If we are unable to locate your package with the GPS tracking system, BYOC will reship the order. This excludes package delays/returns due to an insufficient or incomplete address. ​

  • Please be sure to verify the mailing address on every order. Please be sure to add any apartment or suite number if applicable. BYOC will NOT cover the cost of reshipping a returned order due to an incorrect/insufficient address. If an order is returned due to an insufficient/incorrect address, customers may request a refund or pay an additional shipping fee. 

  • BYOC now offers insured shipping. If a USPS package has not been received, a missing package case or claim will need to be filed. BYOC will not replace items deemed as missing or delivered incorrectly. If you opted for insured shipping but have not received your package, please contact us so that we may assist with claim filling.
