Can my pre-tied wrap be tied a different way?No, the pre-tied wrap is stitched in place. If the wrap is unraveled, BYOC will not replace or re-tie the top knot.

Are there any discounts?BYOC offers many sales throughout the year including "Wrap of the Week." The best way to stay up to date on discounts is to subscribe to the website for email notifications and/or follow us on instagram. We do not offer personalized discounts and will no longer respond to inquiries requesting discounts.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?As our handcrafted items are made to order, processing can take up to 7 business days. Once processing is complete, an email notification is sent with USPS tracking information. Please note that BYOC's processing time is separate from USPS's delivery timeframe. If for any reason you are experiencing shipping issues, please contact us. We will research the issue with USPS and their GPS tracking system.

When will my wrap be restocked?BYOC's handcrafted items are made in small batches to preserve quality. In result, items may need to be restocked more frequently compared to a large retailer. If an item is sold out, there is usually a down time of 2-4 weeks before it is back in stock. Don't worry! You may request a restock email notification via the product page of the out of stock item. In addition, a mass email notification is typically sent to all subscribers when popular wraps are restocked. BYOC does not release information regarding inventory scheduling or future product releases. We are unable to provide details on items that are not currently listed on the website.

My accessories didn't work for me, how can I return them?"If for any reason you need to return an item, please reach out to us within 7 business days from your USPS delivery date. We honor exchanges/refunds for undamaged items.

What events do you have scheduled? I would like to purchase my accessories in person.Please see the home page for our events calendar. We are typically at Dallas Farmers Market on Saturdays and Sundays. We travel for expos and festivals as well!

I would like to purchase an accessory that I saw in person/Instagram etc. Why isn't it loaded to the site?As a boutique, we often change designs and colors. If a product is not loaded to the website, it is likely that the item is temporarily or permanently discontinued. BYOC does not release information regarding inventory scheduling or future product releases. We are unable to provide details on items that are not currently listed on the website.

Why doesn't my accessory look exactly like the online picture?Each Wrap we make is unique. Our wraps are hand tied, one by one. While uniform, no two wraps will be the same. Different fabrics have different densities etc. This will result in slight variations, especially with multi colored fabric. As our items are handcrafted, it is impossible to ensure that a certain color or fabric piece will land in a particular place. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the variation of the wrap received, you are more than welcome to return/exchange the undamaged item within the return timeframe.

Do you offer customized accessories? I am looking for a specific color/style.Unfortunately we do not offer a customization service. We are unable to change our sewing pattern to offer customized sizing for the top knot or cap. BYOC will not source fabrics for personalized colors or designs. At this time, we only offer items currently posted on the website. As we often change designs and colors, it is possible that the color you are looking for may be available in the future. Please subscribe to our website to receive information on new releases.

How do I wash my pre-tied wrap?All pre-tied accessories are hand wash/air dry only. Focus the lather on the cap. If soaked, the top knot will take longer to dry. If your accessory must be machine washed, please place the accessory in a secure and fitted mesh bag and wash it on a gentle cycle with low heat.

However, they can be machine washed/dried as well. Please use a gentle cycle with cool water and low heat when washing this accessory. Please note that heat may stretch the elastic over time.
